Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect the parcel on arrival. Contact us promptly with order details and clear photographs if an item is damaged, missing or incorrect.

Returns

Returns are reviewed case by case. Opened health and personal-care products cannot normally be accepted unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
