Orders and payments

Submitting a manual UPI reference records an order request but does not automatically verify payment. Ashoka Ayurveda confirms payment, product availability, any delivery charge and dispatch before fulfilment. Keep your Order ID for support and tracking.

Receipts and tax invoices

The order-history page can provide a printable order receipt. A receipt is not a GST tax invoice. Where a tax invoice is applicable, it is issued only with the legally required seller and tax details after order verification.

Reviews

Reviews publish automatically but may be rejected or removed when they contain spam, links, duplicate text, unlawful material or content unrelated to the selected product.

Responsible use

Do not discontinue prescribed treatment based on website content. Results and suitability vary between individuals.
